These terms govern use of the Ilvern website and the AI automation services Ilvern provides to client businesses (“the Services”). By engaging Ilvern, you agree to these terms.
Ilvern provides done-for-you AI automation — including inbox automation, scheduling, reporting and follow-up automation — scoped to each client following an initial audit. Exact scope, systems connected, and deliverables are agreed with each client before work begins.
Fees are agreed with each client following their audit and set out in a separate proposal or order form. Fees are billed on the cycle agreed at engagement (typically monthly) and are due per the payment terms stated on the relevant invoice.
Engagements run month to month. Either party may cancel with 30 days' written notice. There is no fixed-term lock-in contract. On cancellation, client data is exported and deleted from Ilvern's systems on request, in line with our Privacy Policy.
Clients retain ownership of their own business data at all times — Ilvern processes it solely to deliver the Services. Ilvern retains ownership of its own automation methodology, tooling and know-how; nothing in these terms transfers that to the client.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared in the course of the engagement, and to use it only for the purposes of delivering and receiving the Services.
Ilvern's automations are designed to flag anything outside clearly defined rules for human review rather than act on it automatically. Even so, automation carries some inherent risk of error. Clients should review automations during onboarding and report any issue promptly so it can be corrected.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ilvern's liability arising from the Services is limited to the fees paid by the client in the three months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes any consumer guarantee or right that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active clients and reflected here with an updated date.
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
