Ilvern (“Ilvern”, “we”, “us”) provides done-for-you AI automation services to Australian businesses. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to visitors to this website and to businesses who engage Ilvern's services (“clients”).

1. Information we collect

We collect information in a few ways:

• Directly from you — when you email us or subscribe for updates, we collect your name, email address, business name and anything else you choose to share.
• Through the service itself — if you become a client, delivering the service means Ilvern's systems process your business's email and related business data (for example, calendar, CRM or reporting data) on your behalf, strictly to perform the automation you've engaged us for.
• Automatically — standard technical information (browser type, general location, pages visited) may be collected when you use this website, for security and performance purposes.

2. How we use it

• To respond to enquiries sent by email.
• To deliver, monitor and improve the automation services a client has engaged us for.
• To send account and service-related communications.
• To send marketing updates, only if you've opted in — and you can opt out at any time.
• To meet legal and regulatory obligations.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use client business data to train models outside that client's own account.

3. Where your data is held

Our policy is to host and process client data on infrastructure located within Australia. If that ever changes, or a specific integration requires data to briefly pass through an overseas system (for example, a third-party email or scheduling provider you already use), we'll disclose which providers are involved and why, in line with Australian Privacy Principle 8.

4. Disclosure to third parties

We only share personal information with third parties where necessary to deliver the service — for example, the email, calendar or reporting platforms a client already uses and has authorised us to connect to — or where required by law. We do not share client data with unrelated third parties for their own marketing purposes.

5. Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to client systems is limited to what's needed to deliver the service, and anything outside clearly defined automation rules is designed to be flagged for human review rather than acted on automatically. See our security commitments for more detail.

6. Access, correction and complaints

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to any legal obligation we have to retain it. If you have a concern about how we've handled your information, contact us first at the address below — we'll aim to resolve it directly. If you're not satisfied, you can escalate a complaint to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).

7. Cookies

This site does not currently use tracking or advertising cookies. If that changes — for example, if analytics are added — this policy will be updated to disclose exactly what's collected and why.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the business grows. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
